Executive/ Jr. Executive/ Technical Officer – Production (Formulations Injectable) (Injectable@alembic.co.in)
Candidate should be M.Pharm/B.Pharm/Diploma/T with 1 to 5 years of experience in performing below activities.
Production: Operation Cleaning Sterilization Qualification & maintenance of Solution preparation systems. Fodegari autoclaves, Lyophiszers, Vial washing & turnel, Vial Ophthalmic/PFS filling lines, aseptic fitration, Microsphere reliner, Active freeze drying System & Sterile Dry Powder Billing machine, Understanding and compliance to clean room behavior, Aseptic practices and Good Documentation practices is a must

Packaging: Operation Cleaning, Qualification & Maintenance of Manual Visual inspection, Online Integrity testing Mic, Labelling Mic, Auto Cartonator, Blister Packaging M/c, Serialization, Track & Trace System

Documentation: Batch record preparation, change control, Devtation, CAPA, investigation, manufacturing QMS & compliance activities. Adherence of cGMP GDP training compliance, Equipment qualification & process validation documents preparation & review

Executive – MS&T – Technology Transfer (Injectable OSD)

• Candidate should be M. Pharm/B. Pharm with 1 to 5 years of experience. (ment@alembic.co.in)
• Candidate must be having experience in injectable or 05D formulation and process Knowledge required in optimization of manufacturing process and involvement in the Scale-up and exhibit batches execution
• Preparation of Scale-up Batch Protocol and Reports and Batch Processing Records
• To review and provide Critical Process Parameters (CPPS) and Critical Quality Attributes (COA) as part of annual product review. Review of Technology transfer documents.
