Roles and Responsibilities
To advise department/plant in planning and organizing necessary measures for the effective control to prevent personal injuries.
To investigate all accidents and reportable dangerous occurrence.
Work permit approvals & responsible for shift duties as an independent site in charge under guidance with Site Safety head.
To organize an association with the concerned department competitions and constant maintaining interest to establish safe condition of work place & safety procedures.
To design and conduct either independently or in collaboration with the training departments, suitable training and educational program for the prevention of personal injuries.
Ensure to maintain statutory records required as per factories provide advice, information and instruction on local Safety issues.
To advise the purchase department ensuring high quality and availability of personal protective equipment.
Responsible for coordination for cGMP activity being followed at site.
Awareness in HAZOP studies, JSA preparations etc.
To perform all the activities as a departmental training coordinator related to Learning Management System.
