Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education – Must have degree certificates and Marksheets)
Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office
Shift: 24×7 Shift Rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to global clients via calls and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues including:
- VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
- Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Work on ticketing tools.
- Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interaction
WALK-IN DETAILS

Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Venue: Infosys STP Survey no 210, Gate No.2, Manikonda Village, Hyderabad, 500019 landmark opposite- ISB college.
Interview Building number 2, Ground floor.
REGISTRATION PROCESS:
The Candidate ID & SHL Test (AMCAT ID) is mandatory to attend the interview. Please follow the below instructions to successfully complete the registration. (Talents without registration & assessment will not be Considered for the Walk-in Interview).
Candidate ID Registration process:
STEP 1: https://career.infosys.com/joblist
STEP 2: Click on “Register” and provide the required details and submit.
STEP 3: Once submitted, Your Candidate ID (100XXXXXXXX) will be generated.
STEP 4: The candidate ID will be shared to the registered Email ID.
SHL Test (AMCAT ID) Registration process:
This assessment is proctored, and talent gets evaluated on Basic analytics, English Comprehension and writex (email writing).
STEP 1:

STEP 2:
Click on “Start New Test” and follow the instructions to complete the assessment. When prompted to select a unit, please choose Customer Service to proceed further.
STEP 3:
Once completed, please make a note of the AMCAT ID (Access you Amcat id by clicking 3 dots on top right corner of screen).
NOTE:
- During registration, please do fill all the mandate details in the column which are star marks.
- Interview Mode: Walk-in.
- Attempt all questions in the SHL Assessment app, as there is no negative marking.
- The assessment is proctored, so choose a quiet environment.
- Use a headset or headphones are for clear communication.
- Assessment cleared candidates will be processed further ahead for Ops round.
- Please do not switch screens during the assessment. Detection of multiple faces, absence of a face, or any form of malpractice will result in disqualification.
- Once you’ve finished, submit the assessment and make a note of the AMCAT ID (15 Digit) used for the assessment.
