Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Analyst) : B.Sc. / B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 4-8 years of hands on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. Candidates should have experience in weight analysis, stability studies for oral solid dosage and softwares like LIMS, documentum and trackwise.
Packing
Technical Assistant (Operator) : Diploma / D.Pharm with 4-10 years of relevant experience in operating machines for bottle packing (CVC200BPM) line, performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment, monitoring equipment performances and breakdown, maintaining yield and productivity as per process instruction, receiving, arranging, storing and maintaining the material movement of packaging material.
Executive to Dy. Manager : B.Pharm graduate with 5-12 years of experience in handling of packing activities, performing packing line clearance, supervising operation, cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items, tracking and tracing (OPTEL) as well as visual inspection, handling qualification activities, initiating QMS activities (change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation), preparing SOPs and GMP documents and performing SAP transactions as per requirement and candidates should be accountable for yield and productivity.
Warehouse
Technical Assistant (Operator) : Diploma / ITI with 5-12 years of relevant experience in operating ASRS (Automated storage and retrieval system) machine for dispensing, receipt & dispatch activity.
Executive to Dy. Manager : B. Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. graduate with 5-12 years of experience in handling warehouse activities, handling RM, PM & FG dispensing operations and receipt and dispatch. Candidates should have good knowledge on QMS area, equipment qualification related activities and work exposure in ASRS.
They should also be well versed with SAP WMS knowledge and have exposure with respect to USFDA / MHRA and other regulatory audits. For all the positions mentioned, it is essential for candidates to have exposure in regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP / GLP.
