Job Description

• Generation of DTA procurement Request ID in SEZ Online system in accordance with SEZ Rules 2006.
• Inward / Outward of material at SEZ Customs Gate.
• Preparation of Temporary Removal gate pass in SEZ Online System for all the temporary outwards, Job-work as per SEZ Rules 2006.
• Prepare and submit of Bill of Entry for Imports in SEZ Only System.
• Preparation of Documents for removal of Scrap from SEZ Customs.
• Maintain registers in accordance with SEZ Rules 2006 for Indigenous DTA procurement, Imports, Temporary Removals, Job-work, DTA Sale, etc.
• Maintain all statutory records related to Import, SEZ & GST compliances.
• Endorsement on Invoices, BoE from SEZ Preventive Officer to avail upfront exemptions.
• Providing re-warehousing / proof of export to suppliers within stipulated timelines.
• Completion of re-warehousing of the bill of entry is SEZ online system for all Imports.
• Endorsement & closure of Temporary Removal Gate Pass, avail extension where ever required in SEZ Online system.
• Uploading each and every document on SEZ portal and getting it verified from Customs Authority, endorsement on each and every invoice from SEZ Preventive Officer its record Keeping and sending back to the vendor is a daily exercise.
