Job Description

Qualification :Any Graduate

Designation: Process Specialist

Eligibility criteria

Candidates should have International customer service experience (EMAIL & WEBCHAT)
Must have 1+yrs of hands-on experience in email writing, dealing with international customers.
15 years full time education (No Correspondence).
Good communication and writing skills are a must have.
All educational and employment documents are mandatory at the time of joining.
Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand)
