Job Purpose
The purpose to develop robust chromatographic techniques for drug substance & provide regular project support.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Perform analysis of Drug substances and its intermediate purity and Assay.
• Perform In-process analysis and closely monitoring of the  any formation of undesired impurities
• Coordinate with PRD for sample plan and  sharing the Analytical findings.
• Execute the Chromatographic analysis as per the Analytical methods and standard operating procedure.
• Knowledge in Analytical method development in HPLC and GC
• Review chromatographic data ensuring it meets established criteria and release the results
• Maintain laboratory documentation related to analysis and training.
• Perform routine maintenance on laboratory instruments according to procedure.
• Perform calibration of instruments, preventive maintenance of systems on a regular basis and document the reports.
• Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements always in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
• Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company

Technical/functional Skills:
•    Candidate should have exposure on API analytical development.
•    Must have sound knowledge in HPLC / GC / LC MS development in 21 CFR Compliance environment.
•    Very good in oral & written communication.
•    Very good in analytical thinking & have an approach towards solving problems.
•    Have good eye in safety & compliance perspective.
