In 1909, Sir Shri Ram joined DCM Ltd. Under his leadership, DCM transformed into an industrial empire, manufacturing a vast variety of goods like textiles, sugar, chemicals, vanaspati, pottery, fans, sewing machines, electric motors and capacitors. Sir Shri Ram became the President of FICCI in 1930 and was knighted by the British Monarch, George VI in the year 1941. He was also one of the seven architects of the Bombay Plan of 1944-45. In 1957, Sir Shri Ram became the Chairman of the public sector Sindri Fertilizers & Chemicals. Sir Shri Ram was an advocate of education. He set up the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in 1926 and the Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR) in 1956. Both the colleges are recognized as India’s top academic institutes.

Senior Executive / Junior Engineer / Technician – Electrical
Qualification: BE in Electrical Engineering (Min. 60% marks required) Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Regular ITI Electrician
Experience: 4-8 years of experience in Chemical plant Should have knowledge of LT/HT system, VFD, Starter, Electrical plant equipment and its trouble shooting, knowledge of MCC/PCC routine and PM activities Exp. in Flame proof equipment and I-MCC.
Age Limit: Below 30 Year.

Senior Executive / Junior Engineer / Technician – Instrumentation
Qualification: BE in Instrument & Control Engineering (Min. 60% marks required) Diploma in Instrumentation & Control / ITI IMCP
Experience: 4-8 Years in Chemical Industry/Petrochemical Industry Experience on DCS / PLC system, Foundation field bus Experience is most preferable, Experience in Testing, Calibration, Troubleshooting & Analysis of various instruments like Control valve, Mass flow meter, Analyser, Level Tx., Pressure Tx., Weigh system etc.
Age Limit: Below 30 Year.

Junior Engineer / Technician – Production (Batch Plant)
Qualification: ITI AOCP/ Regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/M.Sc
Experience: 4-8 Years of experience in Batch Chemical plant only Candidate must have hands on experience of Distillation Column, Multiple Reactors handling, Trouble shooting, knowledge of various pumps & valves and other field activity, work permit. Awareness about safety practices is must. (Min. 2 years of DCS Exposure is must for Junior Engineer)
Age Limit: Below 30 Year.
