Job description

Walk-In for Customer Experience Internship (2 months) at the following Address

6th Floor, Cyberscape, Golf Course Extension Road, Sector-59, Gurugram, Haryana- 122002

11:00 AM – 3:00 PM (27-Jan-2022 onwards)

1) This will be a full-time (work from office) internship. It will be a 5 day work-week and week offs will be on a roster basis.

2) This will be a paid internship. If selected, you will be offered a stipend in the range of Rs 7,000 to Rs 10,000 per month, depending on the interview assessment.

3) The work time will be split into 80% Customer Support and 20% Product & User Growth Research. The distribution may vary depending on business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day operations
• Building efficiency in processes
• Actively identifying and resolving execution gaps
• Connecting with customers for feedback

Skill(s) required:

• MS Excel
• English proficiency (Spoken)
