RL Fine Chem Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1984 on the outskirts of Bengaluru by Mr. Anjan Kumar Roy and was one of the first companies to develop and manufacture psychotropic substances in the country

The company was acquired by private equity groups in 2016 and is targeting a CAGR of over 30 percent for the next future

The company today operates out of its four facilities in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. R&D

Research / Senior Research Associate
Experience : 2-5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry/Ph.D
Experience in multi-step synthesis, process development of
organic molecules.

Process Development

Research / Senior Research Associate
Experience : 2-5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience in Process Improvement, Critical Chemical
reactions like Grignard, Bromination, Hydrogenation, Cost Reduction,
Process Optimization, Cycle time reduction

AR&D

Research / Senior Research Associate
Experience : 2-5 Years
Qualification: M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry/ Organic Chemistry
Experience in Method Development, Validation, routine analysis,
documentation & regulatory support. Exposure in handling HPLC,
GC, UV, IR & other analytical equipment’s.

Technical Services

Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
Experience : 2-5 Years
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/M.Tech in chemical Eng.
Experience in Selection & Modification of equipment, Scale up,
Preparation, of Process Cycle, Optimization of Parameter &
Process Validation

Regulatory Affairs

Officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive
Experience : 2-5 Years
Qualification: B Pharma/ M Pharma / M.Sc.
Experience in preparation, review and compilation of DMF for
various regulatory & semi regulatory markets. Experience in
handling regulatory queries & deficiency, amendments &
revision etc.
