Maintenance Engineer – Clean Utilities

Qualifications & skills
Must-Have
- Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience for graduates and 5 to 8 years years of experience for diploma holders
- Experience with Root Cause Failure Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
- Understanding and experience with process automation systems
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP}
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge to Execute the validation protocols i.e. IQ/OQ/PQ/IOQ/IOPQ as required for new system qualifications.
- Prepare dosing solutions for Purified water generation system
- Operation & Maintenance of Purified Water Systems, WFI Systems, Deionized Water Systems and Clean steam systems as per respective procedures and established quality standards.
- Plan and execute the sanitization activities in coordination with CFTs.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes in coordination with CFTs.
- Raising change controls for any changes related to documentation, equipment etc. and implement the same, as required.
- Identify the gaps to increase the system efficiency.
- Coordinate with CFTs to implement any changes resulted due to CAPAs.
- Timely closure of observations (if any) identified during internal or safety or regulator audits.
- Ensure the cleanliness of area and the equipment all the time.
Junior Executive
- Role: Junior Executive
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma Engineer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Experience: Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience / Diploma with 6 to 9 years of experience

- Knowledge of electrical drawings and specifications of electrical systems
