Job description:

Walk-in interviews on Production Department
Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Milling, Sifting and Micronizing activities and monitor batches.

2. Monitor Cleaning of Reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD, Filtration System, Dryer, Miller, Sifter and Micronizer as per approved cleaning Records / SOPs.

3. Follow all equipment preventive maintenance schedule and environmental monitoring schedules.

4. Data updating in BPRs, BCRs, Log books and other production records

5. Follow cGMP and data integrity procedures in all activities.

6. Wear Personal Protective Equipment’s (PPEs). Follow safety precautions while handling the materials.

7. Follow instructions of immediate superior/HOD and perform works as assigned by them. Co-operate and support to superiors and supervise contract people. In-case any deviations, report to supervisor / production in-charge.
