Education: Any Graduate
Location: New Delhi, Gurgaon/Gurugram
Experience: 1 – 8 years

Job Description

• Handling customers mainly for International Flights bookings domestic & International Ticketing.
• 1-8 years of experience required.
• Excellent Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan)
• Sound knowledge of Domestic and International Flight fares.
• Issuance and reissuance
• Date Change , Schedule Change and Refunds.
• B2B and B2C both will do.

Requirements

• Good Geographical Knowledge i.e. City codes, Airport codes etc.
• Interacting with the Airlines.
• Travel sales process.
• Willing to work in shifts as per International Time zones

Working Days 6 Days in a week
