We have an opening for a Stores Assistant / Executive / Regional In-Charge (Asst. Manager Level) @ Heritage Foods Limited, at Hyderabad Locations.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for coordinate, Receipt, Process the Indents & timely arrange required Materials/Spares with Quality and Cost within the budget.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

Timely Processing Indents and arrange Materials/Spares within the lead-time.
Inventory Control & Management across HFL.
Vendor Development & Management.
Compare, Analysis and Negotiate the Purchase Price within the budget.
Timely Processing the Vendors/Suppliers Bills for payments and monthly reconciliation.
Statutory Audits & ISO Compliances
Effective implementation of ERP & regular updating the data in ERP Module.
MIS preparation and documentation.

PRE-REQUISITES FOR STORES ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE / REGIONAL IN-CHARGE(ASST.MANAGER LEVEL):

Work Location: Heritage Foods Uppal Packing Station (2no’s), Corporate Office (2no’s)
Designation: Assistant / Executive / Regionsla In-Charge( Asst. Manager Level)
Salary: 1.5 Lacs(Gross -15000/-Pm) to 6.4 Lacs(50000/-Pm), (Including VP) & Yearly Bonus Separate
Extra Benefits: ESI, PF, Bonus, VP, Insurance(GMA, GPA, GTLI) subsidized food.
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience Required: 02 Years to 12 Years
Good Knowledge of MS Office, Preferable for only Male Candidates.
Must have SAP-MM Exp., / Multi Locations handling exp., is an added advantage
Should know the local language (Telugu).
Preferred shall be given to those who are willing to work at any location.
