Vacancy Details

JD for Compounding/ Component Chemist

• Experience: 2 to 6 Years
• Qualification: M.Sc/B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy
• Hands on experience in Auto clave operations VLT, Bowie Dick test, Autoclave alarms and their review. CIP & SIP of filling & mixing vessel. Integrity of filters (Handling of sarto 4 plus check machine). Disinfectant preparation and their filtration. Compounding of products.

JD for Filling

• Experience: 1 to 5 Years
• Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.Sc
• Should operate filling machine, line conversion handle all interventions and especially open door interventions. Idea on all environmental procedures. Aseptic practice. Coordinate with engineering team for PM activities.

JD for Line Chemist

• Experience: 2 to 6 Years
• Qualification: M.Sc/B.Pharmacy/ M.Pharmacy
• Hands on experience in taking line clearness for washing, tunnel, filling & sealing activities.
• Perform all inprocess checks like volume check, CCIT, optical testing etc., review BPCR, do reconciliation, idea on all intervention and especially open door interventions, NVPC & environmental monitoring procedures.
