Vacancy Details

Quality Control

• Sampling, Analyzing, and Testing of raw materials and finished products.
• Preparing COAs, MOA.
• Conducting Instrument Calibration,
• Stability studies.

IPQA

• IPQA (In-process quality assurance) checks
• Perform AQL (Acceptable quality level) inspections
• Shopfloor rounds, Batch record issuance review, ALCOA++,
• Line clearance, Dispatch activity, Training to Production workers

Research & Development

• Synthesis of products at pilot stage.
• Evaluation of required characteristics of product.
• Doing Literature survey.
• Prepare, review and maintain documents related to R&D.

QMS

• QMS Document review like change control, CAPA, Deviation, SOP Updation, Risk Management, Market Complaints investigation.
• Control & Review Engineering Documentation
• Co-ordination in Customer Audits
• Control of Training Documents.

Job Specifications:

• Designation: Executive
• Experience: 0 to 3 years
• Education: BSc/MSc (Chemistry/ Food/ Microbiology)/ Packaging course/ BPharm
