Job description:

• Operation of vial filling and PFS filling Operation.
• Operation, CIP and SIP of Lyophilized
• Compounding, Aseptic Filtration process
• Sterilization operations (Autoclave)
• Exposure to regulatory audits.
• Hands on experience in vial filling, sealing & washing machine and PFS filling.
• Plan, prepare and execute as per the Filling schedule
• Manpower planning, handling and utilization
• CIP, SIP of mixing vessels and filling machines
• Involved in IQ, OQ, PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling line and Lyophilizer
