Education:  M.Sc / B.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech degree
Experience: 03-15 years 
Location: bangalure

1.)Upstream :

• Scheduling, planning, executing, monitoring and control of shift based manufacturing operations.
• Responsible for the Upstream operations for the manufacturing of cell culture processes & Inoculum Operations for the production of monoclonal antibodies.
• Experience in large scale bioreactors of biologicals for commercial and clinical requirements.

2.)Downstream :

• Scheduling, planning, executing, monitoring and control of shift based manufacturing operations.
• Responsible for the downstream operations for the purification of cell culture processes for the production of monoclonal antibodies.
• Experience in large scale purification of biologicals for commercial and clinical requirements.

3.)QMS :

• Overall QMS responsibility of manufacturing operations and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate SOPs, policies and guidelines for operations in manufacturing plant.
• Monitor performance metrics, draw conclusions, and make recommendations in the manufacturing review meeting (MRM) forum.
• Responsible for identification of repeat and overdue QMS events and ensure proper CAPA is in place to stop such events.
