Vacancy Details

Automation and Instrumentation -Projects:
1. Preparing instrument specification, P&IDs & IO list, control trip logic, and cable schedule.
2. Basic knowledge in design, manufacturing, operations, testing, and erection.
3. Design and engineering process, calculation, and methods of installation of instruments and control systems.
4. Review of vendor P & ID & GAD, wiring diagram, component specification, and qualification documents.
5. Execution of project with coordination with supporting departments and vendors.
6. Evaluating technical offers and indulging with vendors in technical discussions.
7. Knowledge and work exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS), access control, door interlock, fire alarm systems & EMS.

Automation and Instrumentation – Plant Maintenance:
1. Preparing and maintaining in-house calibration SOPs, master list, and planner schedule.
2. Performing calibration and preventive maintenance of various measuring and control instruments.
3. Knowledge in calibration & maintenance of instruments connected to autoclave, incubators, stability chamber, water bath & other laboratory instruments.
4. Knowledge in handling all QMS-related documents like change control, CAPA, deviation, and qualification documents.

Added advantage:

1. Experience in chemical and biological plant maintenance.
2. Knowledge in handling and maintenance of DCS control system.
3. Work experience in building management systems (BMS).

Automation and Instrumentation – Calibration & QMS
1. Hands-on experience in flow, level, pressure, temperature, control valve, analytical instruments, VFD, etc. of predominant makes.
2. Experience in operation & maintenance related to automation & instrumentation in API, Biologicals (Upstream and Downstream), formulation manufacturing facility, and QC laboratory instruments.
3. Knowledge in, maintenance & troubleshooting of analog instruments.
4. DCS / PLC hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge.
5. Expertise in communication protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, and others.
6. Must be able to attend breakdowns in the respective block and support routine shift activities.

7. Knowledge of qualification activities like FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
8. Good communication and coordination skills. Positive responsible and teamwork.
